I specialise in women’s body transformations and am a weight loss coach, based on my own experience of losing over 9 stone. I haven’t just learned about helping women – I have tried and tested every method I utilise to this day.

“I signed up with Nicola to get ready for my daughter’s wedding abroad. I didn’t enjoy the gym or exercise but wanted to look nice in my mother-of-the-bride outfit. We trained 3 times a week and Nicola always pushed me outside of my comfort zone. We learned what I liked, didn’t like and couldn’t do. She was always considerate of my preferences and worked within my limits. I lost weight and received so many compliments about my hard work in the gym!
